Refunds

We will refund the returned items according to your payment method as soon as possible after we have received and processed your return at our central warehouse. You will be notified of the refund by e-mail. The payment will always be refunded to the original payment method. Sums paid with a gift card will be refunded by providing you with a new digital gift card. The digital gift card will be sent to your email address.


A special note regarding the ”buy four (4), get the least expensive item for free” campaigns: The discount will match the value of the cheapest item and will be shown in your cart. If you wish to return any of the campaign products, the amount of your order will be recalculated using the products you choose to keep. This means that the refunded amount may not necessarily correspond to the amount initially charged for the ordered products. If, after returning a product, the order no longer entitles you to a discount, the value of the original discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
