Why didn’t I get a logo tote with my order?

Our logo totes are available during specified promotional periods. You most likely ordered as a guest, which is why the logo bag was not added to your cart. Please remember to log in to our website before making your next purchase.

Can I keep my free gift?

If the conditions for receiving the free gift (e.g., logo tote, water bottle) are no longer met due to a return, the free gift must also be returned. If the product is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct 40 euros from the total value of your return.

How do I know if my free gift must be returned?

You received a free gift because the total value of the products you purchased was at least 100 euros. If you return part of your order but the remaining items still total at least 100 euros, you can keep the gift. However, if the total amount of your order is less than 100 euros after making a return, you must also return the free gift. You can check the prices you paid for the products from your order details or the packing slip.
