The Loisto sweatshirt is made of organic cotton French terry, and it has a straight, unisex fit. The sweatshirt features a placement print photo in the front and a printed text on the right sleeve. The Ketunleipä print along with the text “Ketunleipä by Fujiwo Ishimoto for Marimekko 2004” are printed in the back. The sweatshirt has a ribbed O-neck and wide ribbing at the sleeve ends and hemline.
Ketunleipä
Fujiwo Ishimoto, a Japanese textile and ceramic artist, joined Marimekko in 1974 and worked for the design house until 2006. Skillfully printed using a rasterized technique, Ketunleipä (wood sorrel) is an ethereally beautiful pattern inspired by Fujiwo’s photography.
