How people are styling Maridenim around the world

Journal - How people are styling Maridenim around the world hero

It was only in August that we launched our first denim range, but Maridenim is already making waves. From Stockholm to Sydney, Bangkok to Copenhagen and across New York, we’ve been celebrating with events, friends and some truly original looks ripe for inspiration.

More than a wardrobe staple, Maridenim is a statement of timelessness. The collection is crafted for longevity and follows the Jeans Redesign guidelines from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation by using pure cotton (80% organic and 20% recycled) and removable buttons. With 3 feel-good fits and 4 classic colors, versatility is the game. Maridenim is just as at home with bold prints as a cream shirt. Scroll on to see how the best-dressed are wearing Maridenim.

Supanaree (@supanareee) is a denim vision in the Unikko shirt and jeans with just the right shade of red.

Print-matching magic: Vicky Montanari (@vicmontanari) combines Unikko denim with Unikko pleats for a perfect fall statement.

Print on print

Unikko print denim needs little in the way of styling, but don’t let that stop you from getting creative. A pop of primary red is a natural pairing with mid-blue—Supanaree’s (@supanareee) flats, red lenses and Unikko collar emblem hit all the right notes. While Vicky Montanari (@vicmontanari) turns the shirt into a statement jacket perfect for fall. Just add a white undershirt and pleated skirt for head-turning contrast.

Lustrous beige and washed denim make a dandy duo, as proven by Roxie Mohebbi (@roxiemohebbi). Photo taken at @babasplace__ by @chloepaulphoto.

Date night: Alyssa Coscarelli (@alyssainthecity) gives the classic combo a refresh with a white-on-white Unikko shirt and straight-leg jeans.

Classic with a twist

Two perennial classics make a whole: The light shirt and black jeans. Give your look an edge like Roxie Mohebbi (@roxiemohebbi), who reveals a western-style belt under a beige button-down. Or introduce a hint of print like Alyssa Coscarelli (@alyssainthecity) with her white Unikko shirt, closed by an overlapping tuck rather than buttons. Chic.

Cynthia Taylu (@taylu_me) serves an instant classic in swinging stripes and indigo wide-leg jeans.

Stripes are always right

Everyone knows stripes are denim’s best friend. But do you know how to take your look from everyday to extraordinary? Cynthia Taylu (@taylu_me) and Mikko Puttonen (@mikkoputtonen) do. Go low-key but high-impact with a multi-stripe jumper and Karla bag, or channel an urban cowboy replete with silver hardware. Ideas simmering? Find your Maridenim fit below and start playing.
