Returns

The Marimekko online store has a 30-day return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags can be returned. We are unable to offer returns on cut-to-measure fabrics, products named or otherwise personalized for the customer, or undergarments and swimwear, if the protective sticker has been removed.


With the return method offered by Marimekko, the return is free of charge for you one time. The shipping fee will be refunded if all items included in the order are returned. Marimekko does not refund the gift packaging fee when returning the product.

Step 1. Fill in the online return form in My account. An order placed without logging in will be found from here.
Step 2. Include the Delivery Note (received in the original package) in the return package and mark which products you are returning.
Step 3. Pack the item(s) carefully. If possible, use the original packaging; fold any clothes neatly. Make sure to sufficiently protect all products. Please use a moderate amount of tape to secure the packages.
Step 4. Return the item using the delivery method you originally chose. See below for more detailed instructions.

Returning a DHL delivery

Use the DHL return label included in your package and attach it on top of the package. Make sure it covers all original address information.

You can easily drop your return off at a DHL service point or schedule a pickup. Find the nearest DHL Service Point with http://locator.dhl.com. By entering your location, it will return the closest DHL branded Service Points. Or you can schedule a pickup online, using the return waybill https://mydhl.express.dhl/. Select Location, Schedule a Pickup (I already have a shipping label attached to my package) and enter the Return Waybill Number.

Returning a Budbee delivery
No return label will be used for returns. Activate your return using the link you received from Budbee by SMS or the Budbee app. The return method is selected according to the delivery method. Go to your order info and click the “Book a return pick-up” button. Select the locker where you want to leave your parcel for return pick-up. After confirmation, you have two hours to go to the locker, open it using the PIN you received and leave the parcel there. If you can't make the return within two hours, you can book the return again. When returning a parcel delivered to your home, select the pick-up time.
